Start a round and wait for the target to turn green. Tap or click once when it changes, or use Space or Enter while the target has keyboard focus. An early response repeats that trial. After five successful trials, the game shows the middle result—the median—so one unusually fast or slow tap does not dominate the score. Device latency and browser timing affect the result, so compare your own runs on the same device.
